I love these wire shelving units. I needed one that was an uncommon size and I couldn't find one anywhere for a reasonable price until this one. It's perfect, and so sturdy. When I had a question they responded very quickly. Great customer service, 5 starsOrdered this shelving unit, 18 X 30 X 86, to make a corner unit with the 18 X 48 X 86 ….worked perfectly for my pantry!I made a mistake with my order and Steve at Omega helped solve my problem. Would def order shelving units from Omega again.The shelves themselves are great. However, the vendor decided to cut the 96inch poles in half before shipping them to us. I'm guessing it was to save on shipping costs...that's just a guess though.We were provided with joiners for the poles, but they won't stay in the poles and are crooked. I'm afraid that if I tried to assemble them this way that the top half would eventually topple over. I paid a lot for these and for shipping, so I'm extremely disappointed. Thank goodness my husband is a welder. He has welded all of the poles together for me and I am able to use the shelves as intended. Otherwise, I'd be shipping everything back.Pictures added showing the cut poles, the joiners, and the crookedness of the poles.3 star rating because the shelves are great. Minus 2 stars because they ruined the poles.I needed some shelving units for a couple of tight spaces in my home and was thrilled to discover the huge selection of sizes and configurations this manufacturer provides. We had an issue with one of the poles being damaged in shipping and the company quickly resolved the problem by sending a replacement to us. I highly recommend these shelves and purchasing with this manufacturer.Love these shelving units. They are sturdy and look great. Easy to assemble too. Have mine in my pantry.I received 8 legs (for two units) as ordered, but only 4 bottom pieces - leveling screw and insert. Cannot assemble second unit without pieces.Update - Seller is sending replacement parts. Quick attention to problem, but apparently it happens often. They should be able to figure out a better system for making sure these small parts are included and secure.Love it! I put this in my mud room for shoe storage. Works great and saves tons of space. It took about an hour to put together, mostly because it's a bit wonky until all the shelves are in place. Also, the bottom end caps did not fit and I tried to even hammer them in. However, that didn't make much of a difference to function. I would still recommend it.
