Sturdy and stable once assembled. The directions were a little shoddy but I managed to get things figured out. One of the pieces arrived broken and I had to request a replacement part, not a big deal and one of the downsides of ordering online, my biggest complaint was that I had to fax the part request in, there was not a way to email it. The phone number listed didn't work and it was hard to get in contact with anyone at the company. For customer service I would probably give three stars but the quality of the product (it is sturdy with a nice finish) is a definite five stars. The cases are beautiful, I bought three for my bedroom and am considering buying a few more for my office space. They are a quality product and a great value.
